Author: Gan Elizabeth  //  Category: Daily Lives, Down Memory Lane, JC have risen =), Lessons Learned, Out of the Blue, food, friendship, love, special place in my heart

This is a day where everything was so bold and so strong as I was talking about Jesus to my friend over our preparation for our Industrial Organization subject, I heard the angels singing over my head. It was an awesome experiences as I relate the whole stories to my friends. They are a bit skeptical at first but still they believe that there are guidance angels surrounding those who are good. Oh, the concept have to change though because Angels are always there to give guidance to everyone. I was overwhelm by the ministering angels and it comfort my hearts as I am in a midst a minor depression as too many things are there to expect me to finish it up quick.

One Day to keep me Satisfied

There is a river stream following from the creek of the everlasting,

Everlasting to everlasting , HE is there to be here with you

You do not to be worry about everything because HE is always there with his open arms

It is impossible that HE will leave you and nor HE will forsake you.

Truely, it sounded very cheesy about all the promises stated up there,

Anyway, was thinking about the stuff that I had been thru for this week, it is impossible to tell everyone that my laptop is being refurbish again because it was due to so seroius major spyware problem..hence, I have to send it to Toshiba HQ to repair which is damn far away for my place, so it took me like about the whole week to get back my laptop with everything inside gone..so I have to find so good place to download back all the programme that I had been using before my laptop crash.

So right now, I have to download everything back again into my PC, because even my MSN messenger is gone, now I only can rely on Gtalk …huhuhu…=( Great, which One of my Uni mate can provide me with the nesseacry installation drivers. Thanks, Cor.

I shall be updating soon here but mean while, I have my group project to rush on because everythings needs to be combine by monday afternoon and the due date for the project in on Friday next week. Wish me all the best ya, Peeps..

Today, had just came back from brain storming session with the DNA young adults cell groups. We are comign out with a drama entitle- the lost sheep who have return into HIS hand again.

SO right now, I shall get back to work on typing my assignment out so that monday I would not have to rush.

cheers and everything works out good for those who will love HIM. To HIM , be the GLORY.  Amen.

Have a Blessed day , Everyone.

Don’t give up…..

One day I decided to quit…
I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality… I wanted to quit my life.
I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.
“God”, I asked, “Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”
His answer surprised me…

“Look around”, He said.
“Do you see the fern and the bamboo?”
“Yes”, I replied.
“When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I t
ook very good care of them.
I gave them light.

I gave them water.
The fern quickly grew from the earth.

Its brilliant green covered the floor.
Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.
In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful.
And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said.
“In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed.
But I would not quit.

In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would
not quit.” He said.
“Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared
to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant…But just 6
months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.

It had spent the five years growing roots
Nev. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive.
I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.”
He asked me. “Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots”.
“I would not quit on the bamboo.
I will never quit on you.”

“Don’t compare yourself to others.”
He said.
“The bamboo had a different Purpose than the fern.

Yet they both make the forest beautiful.”

“Your time will come”, God said to me.

“You will rise high”

“How high should I rise?”

I asked.

“How high will the bamboo rise?” He asked in return.
“As high as it can?” I questioned.
“Yes.” He said, “Give me glory by rising as high as you can.”
I left the forest and brought back this story.
I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you.

Never, Never Give up.
For the Prayer is not an option but an opportunity.
Don’t tell the Lord how big the problem is,
tell the problem how Great the Lord is!

Hope, it has bring means into your daily boring life, as I stumble upon this poem because is had really blessed me with the knowledge that God is always there for you no matter what happens to you.

*p/s: remember GOD is always there for you =)

Hugs and cheers,

Lizzie.

Lizzie’s Tweet: Anyway, so this is how the story goes, after I came back from church, Banting. Yea!!! I am happy that I can attend back in to my old college church again..every time, I was there, I always felt that I am belongs there and there are always place and people that I can talk and laugh with. I love this church, GFS Banting. Thanks Grace and Kevin and Gerald and Hin Loong for making my Sundays service in GFS , Banting happen and thanks for the hangout that we had and going to have =)

Gastronomical as it seem to be an endless adventure, I love to play with food since young. Every time, there are left over on my plate, I will definitely make or whip out somethings that makes my “creative part of my Brain” working..ahaha….

So this s was just a thought making some simple dinner for myself, since I have the whole room by myself, I do not need to worry if I mess up the whole place…ahahhaa =)

Today’s dinner menu : Japanese Curry with potatoes, carrot and French beans and an a half boil egg.

\

This is the package that is out from where I brought it in SS2, Petaling Jaya - at 100 yen shop. I just love that shop man!!! =)

=) Spicy Japanese Curry. There are many variation of spiciness in the curry flavor. You will have to just choose which make your taste butt tinkles. I choose the medium spiciness so that I will not have a swollen lips after the spicy curry go to my mouth.

Okay, step 1: Put the whole package of the curry into the boiling hot water, you can choose which pot to use as long as it is deep enough to put the package inside. Wait for 3-5 minute depending on how hot is your water.

Step 2: Prepare your ingredient that you want to put together with your Japanese curry =) I choose the normal ingredient in my curry which is potatoes, carrots and french beans. Tadaa!! which is boil it first to make it cook and edible and of course don’t forget to wash and peel all the unwanted skins =)

Step 3: Test the ingredient on whether it is cooked? You can try to test the ingredient with a clean spoon or fork or chopstick. You just have to poke through the whole potatoes to check of any hardness. If, there are still hardness, then you have to boil it longer..Just be patient waiting for it to cook ya…=)

Step 4: Pour the curry package into a bowl and later pour the cooked ingredient into the same bowl. After that , you can mix the ingredient with the Japanese curry. It will look like the above =)

Step 5; You need to prepare a big empty stomach so that you can consume finish what you have just experiment on and Bon Apetite !!!

All these ingredient cost just about RM 10. So it is actually quite a good to save money, because as now I am quite broke =P.

Step 6: This how I look like (* the aftermath of My Gastronomical Adventure). S

weating but yet happy =)

Aftermath of cooking

So see ya, till my next post here.

Now I have to go take my bath or else, I will not be comfortable eating my dinner =).

Huggies =)

Lizze.
