I am currently listening to this latest album by Westlife, the Irish Pop& Rock Boy Band (* I dun need to explain further, cos everybody should have known this band long time ago).

They are my all time favorite, (*the old have a new twist), and who don’t like this band, (*dun put up your hand =P ).

Their title - Where We Are which was release on 27.11.2009 in Britain and US. It was a perfect pressie for me if it was release in Malaysia the same date as the US and UK…but too bad.it was not release until 1.1.2010…why la, Malaysia so slow one..every single little thing also slow, movie screening time is slower then Singapore by one week, music album relased date is like two week late. haiz….sad case  >.<”

Consider myself a music junkie, I can listen to anything.

Oh well, I am craving for mashed potatoes, but I do not want to eat those KFC’s mashed potatoes….

so I hunt down the simplest and easiest mashed potatoes recipes and modified it into my own liking..

now I got the easier mashed potatoes recipes…..

Serving size: 1 person

1 Russet potatoes (USA) not the China ones…the China one’s not so good to make mashed potatoes…

1 pinch of salt

3 table spoon of milk

lots of butter (*that is if you are a great fan on butter, like me..)

1 shake of black pepper ( * I definitely put lots cos I am a fan of Black pepper- espc: Sarawak Black pepper)….

Steps:

1) wash the potatoes, do not peel the skin

2) potatoes to boil for a 20 min in a pot

3) use a fork to check the potatoes whether it is cooked or not

4) let it cool down, then only you peel off the skin

5) mashed the potatoes…

6) put your butter, milk, pepper into the mashed potatoes

7) if want have a special taste..I used (VONO) instant mushroom soup as the gravy..lolz…(* this step is for lazy girl who want easy work)

drench the soup on top of the mashed potatoes…

8)) Viola, it time to eat eat…XD

Today is a great day to mark my new found freedom,

I am done with my undergraduate thesis and right now I am de-stressing my self.

Tomoro would the day to mark in my calender because 5.4.2010 is an important day. 1st, my Dan’s bday and 2nd, it’s thesis hand up day………..

and beside, kinda happy because turnitin.com- shows my plagiarism at 16% nia……..hehe….
